Mafini su ukusni, odlično izgledaju i jednostavni za pripremu

Muffine

Sastojci

1 čaša (2dl) kukuruznog brašna 1 čaša brašna
1/2 čaše ulja
1,5 čaša jogurta ili mlijeka
1 kašičica soli
1 kašičica praška za pecivo
1 jaje
200 g sira

Priprema

1. Izmiješajte sve sastojke i sipajte smjesu u kalup za mafine, prethodno namazan margarinom i posut sa malo brašna, ali samo do 2/3 visine kalupa.

2. Mafine pecite u prethodno zagrijanoj pećnici na 200 stepeni tridesetak minuta.

3. Poslužite ih tople uz kiselo vrhnje, a možete dodati i malo sjeckanog suhog mesa ili začinskog bilja u smjesu, a ako stavite 2 jaja, bit će posebno prozračne i mekane. .
