Jesenja poslastica: Neodoljiva torta od kestena i čokolade

Napokon nam je stiglo ono najslađe doba – doba toplih, finih kestena koje možemo jesti na toliko različitih načina. Kao kesten pire, pečene, kuvane, u kolačima, tortama, u slanim, slatkim pa i slatko-slanim kombinacijama.

Torta
Mogućnosti su neograničene, a ako ste i vi, obožavatelji ovog najpoznatijeg jesenjskog ploda, mogli biste se radovati nakon što pogledate ovaj jednostavan recept za tortu od kestena i čokolade. Potrebno je samo dobro rashladiti.

Sastojci za biskvit:

150 g maslaca,
100 g šećera,
400 g keksa po izboru (koji morate samljeti),
100 g mljevenih oraha, 120 g otopljene tamne čokolade,
1 velika kašika ekstrakta ruma,
100 mililitara mlijeka

Sastojci za fil:

100 g maslaca,
120 g šećera u prahu,
500 g nezaslađenog kesten pirea,
2 velike kašike ekstrakta ruma

Sastojci za premaz: 200 mililitara ulupane slatke pavlake, 2 kašike kristal šećera, na kraju sve posipajte kakaom u prahu ili narendanom čokoladom.
